We have returned

Greetings again from Hot and Humid Haiti....

We have returned and we are happy to be home again. But let me back up to the middle of May.

I'm starting out this one with some pictures. The first is our two GREAT grandsons. The next "great" is due in July. (Another boy). Then it was out to Washington state. How would you like these sunsets from your bedroom window? And right on the Puget Sound. It was such a wonderful, relaxing time. We really enjoyed out time out there. Thanks to all who made it possible!!!
Out trip to Canada (Alberta), and the Butchart Gardens was awesome. The first picture is just a bit of the gardens. It's the sunken garden. The flowers were in radiant bloom.
There were three couples on the trip and we had a wonderful time. This is me (Karen) with Lauri and Nancy. We couldn't have chosen better friends if we had tried. These memories will last a lifetime.
The time share we stayed in (thanks to Glen's mom) was right on the harbor. We got to watch sea planes take off and land, saw some huge boats come in, and watched and rode in a Victoria Harbor "tap-tap". It was a fun time, for sure.
Then it was on to the graduations. It was such a privilege to be able to be there for these momentous times in two of our grand children's lives. We are so proud of both of them. And we were able to spend some time with friends and family in both Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Now it's back to work here in Haiti. After the great time of rest, we are ready for the challenge again. I'll try to do better at keeping up with this blog now. It was a bit of a trial to do it while on the road.

Remember, keep your eyes on Jesus and He'll guide you. We grasp that concept daily and cling to His direction. It's in His Grace and Love we share with you!!
