How can you be led by the Spirit if you are operating in the physical realm?
Let's take a stop light for example. If the spiritual light says stop, but in the physical you see the green light to go, you end up in trouble. Your will and desires get in the way, which controls the physical man. So many times what you think is of God is your will and desires. Praise God for His patience as He tries to guide us and teach us through the spiritual man, for God is a Spirit and He made us in His image. Gen. 1:26-27 tells us that before sin, Adam's body was totally controlled by his spirit.
